1. SMS Notification Program

Fallon Law PC sends automated SMS text message notifications to clients regarding court filings, hearing schedules, hearing reminders, case status updates, and filing error alerts.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on court activity. Typically 0-10 messages per day during business hours.

3. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Fallon Law PC does not charge for SMS notifications, but your carrier's standard messaging rates may apply.

4. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.

5. Help

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at the contact information below.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
